libcirkuitlibs1 software package provides Application to generate publication-ready figures., you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcirkuitlibs1
libcirkuitlibs1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcirkuitlibs1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcirkuitlibs1 *
You will get with libcirkuitlibs1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
